**Summary:**\\
This seminar aims to deliver a continuing macroscopic perspective on the human vestibular and ocular motor network and its associated cognitive functions (e.g. spatial memory, navigation, graviception, vestibular perception, visual motion processing) in health and disease. Methodological approaches will focus on state-of-the-art functional neuroimaging (mainly fMRI, EEG) and brain stimulation techniques (transcranial magnetic stimulation, galvanic vestibular stimulation) with the occasional inclusion of clinical electrophysiology. It will include research and method presentations from the German Vertigo Center (DSGZ) as well as a journal club for hot topics in the field of vestibular and ocular motor research and functional neuroimaging.

**Students:**\\
For students wishing to take this course for credit please note that you must be present 80% of the time to receive credit for the course. Alternatively you can make up time by attending the seminar in the the semester breaks. Please contact one of the organisers if you require a grade for your course of study.
